Araragi Hokuto 328b4cd54a unix: add readv/writev for illumos

iovec read/writes (readv, writev, preadv, pwritev) are present on
illumos, but they weren't added to the package. This commit adds
those missing features.

Updates golang/go#36201

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
