Eric Lagergren 1e041c57c4 unix: revert MemfdSecret changes to riscv64 
Linux apparently supports the memfd_secret syscall on riscv, but
SYS_MEMFD_SECRET isn't defined by zsysnum_linux_riscv64.go.

Updates #51547
