Mark Ryan df7d5d7b60 unix: automatically remove container created by mkall.sh
When GOOS=linux, mkall.sh creates a container to run linux/mkall.go. It does not
remove this container before exiting. Therefore each time you run mkall.sh on Linux
you end up with a new stopped container that must be manually deleted with docker rm.
This is cumbersome as it may take several runs of mkall.sh to develop and test a patch
for golang/x/sys/unix resulting in multiple containers that require manual removal.
It's also a little counterintuitive as the user doesn't invoke the docker command directly
so it's not obvious that manual cleanup is required after mkall.sh completes. The
leftover containers aren't even that useful for debugging as they have an entrypoint
set.

Mark Ryan 3283fc3f61 cpu: add support for detecting RISC-V extensions
Add a RISCV64 variable to cpu that indicates both the presence
of RISC-V extensions and performance information about the underlying
RISC-V cores. The variable is only populated with non false values on
Linux. The detection code first attempts to use the riscv_hwprobe
syscall introduced in Linux 6.4, falling back to HWCAP if riscv_hwprobe
is not supported. The patch can detect the C, V, Zba, Zbb and Zbs
extensions. V, Zba, Zbb and Zbs can only be detected on a 6.5 kernel
or later (without backports).

Mark Ryan 8858c729c9 unix: update riscv_hwprobe constants
Linux 6.5 enhanced the riscv_hwprobe syscall to detect four new
RISC-V extensions, V, Zba, Zbb and Zbs. Update the hwprobe
constants in unix so these extensions can be detected by Go
programs.

Mark Ryan 104d4017fa unix: add riscv_hwprobe for riscv64
The riscv_hwprobe system call was introduced in Linux 6.4 and allows
the caller to determine a number of interesting pieces of information
about the underlying RISC-V CPUs, e.g., which extensions they support
and whether they allow fast unaligned memory accesses. For more information
please see:

https://docs.kernel.org/riscv/hwprobe.html

We also update linux/mksysnum.go to ensure that the generated syscall constants
written to the zsysnum_linux_*.go files are always sorted by their syscall numbers
in ascending order.
