Jason A. Donenfeld 00d8004a14 unix: match ioctl req argument type to libc type 
On Solaris, AIX, and zOS, the req argument of ioctl() is a signed int,
not an unsigned long like on other platforms, which means many constants
are negative, causing friction when passing them to a uint argument.
Correct the signature of these functions to pass the req argument as
signed, just like libc.

Fixes golang/go#59030.

dustin-ward 95e765b1cc x/sys/unix: make ReadDirent available on zOS 
Currently ReadDirent is not available on zOS. This implementation modifies the current darwin implementation to work on zOS.

Also make tests available on zOS.

Russ Cox 798191bca9 unix, plan9: avoid writing to p when Pipe(p) fails 
Generally speaking Go functions make no guarantees
about what has happened to result parameters on error,
and Pipe is no exception: callers should avoid looking at
p if Pipe returns an error.

However, we had a bug in which ForkExec was using the
content of p after a failed Pipe, and others may too.
As a robustness fix, make Pipe avoid writing to p on failure.

windows.Pipe already avoided writing to p on failure.

For golang/go#50057.

billofarrell 71e4cd670f unix: augment support for zos/s390x 
This augments sys/unix support for zos/s390x by
adding a small number of syscalls:
Errno2
Err2ad
W_Getmntent_A (pure ascii version of W_Getmntent)
Select

It also makes Mount and Unmount more Linux-like.
A few necessary constants and types are added,
and some tests.

These changes do not affect other platforms in any way.
