Mostly change that to os.Create(filepath.Join(t.TempDir(), "filename"))
so that the cleanup is done automatically (and, because this is a new
directory, we do not need to have a "create unique temp file name"
logic).
While at it, fix some log/error messages -- if an error is coming from
e.g. os package, it is already wrapped, so there's no need to add more
context.

This allows using SysctlKinfoProcSlice to e.g. query processes by user
id using the kern.proc.uid sysctl and is still backwards compatible to
original implementation, i.e. still allows the kern.proc.all sysctl
without any additional arguments.

This allows to get KinfoProc for a given process using
SysctlKinfoProcSlice("kern.proc.pid", pid) rather than having to query
all processes using SysctlKinfoProcSlice() and the extracting the
relevant KinfoProc.

Follow up on three occurences missed in CL 309689.
The raw fds are successively wrapped using os.NewFile and will be closed
by (*os.File).Close. Avoids a double close, in the worst case closing an
unrelated fd.

The clonefile syscalls added by CL 254757 might fail on certain macOS
versions and/or file systems according to the clonefile(2) manpage. Skip
the corresponding tests in these cases.
This fixes the test failure on the darwin-amd64-10_12 builder.

Move TestUtimesNanoAt to syscall_unix_test.go. All BSDs and
solaris/illumos provide UtimesNanoAt. The implementations on linux and
darwin are already the same and the type conversions of Timespec members
on aix should no longer be necessary since CL 177838.
