Dmitri Shuralyov 1bfbee0e20 all: update go directive to 1.18 
Done with:

go get go@1.18
go mod tidy
go fix ./...

Using go1.21.3.

Also update code generators to use only the new go:build lines,
not the old +build ones.

For golang/go#60268.

Yuval Pavel Zholkover 05e143d24a unix: regenerate on FreeBSD 12.3 
Switch mksysnum to use https://cgit.freebsd.org/src/plain/sys/kern/syscalls.master?h=stable/12.
Also remove the SAL 2.0 annotations.

remove FreeBSD 11 and below 64bit inode compatibility shims

Drop the errors_freebsd_GOARCH.go files.

Drop PTRACE_* and additional (arch specific) consts added as part of golang.org/cl/179099 to types_freebsd.
Add <sys/ptrace.h> to mkerror.sh for FreeBSD instead.

Run mkall.sh on FreeBSD 12.3 on amd64 and arm64 hosts with i386 and armv7 jails
for all supported arches.

Tobias Klauser 68d13333fa unix: add //go:build lines when generating files 
The //+go:build lines were added by running Go 1.17 gofmt in CL 294490.
Make sure to retain them when re-generating files in this package.

Russ Cox 9a76102bfb all: go fmt ./... 
Make all our package sources use Go 1.17 gofmt format
(adding //go:build lines).

Not strictly necessary but will avoid spurious changes
as files are edited.

Tobias Klauser 4d22bbb62b unix: remove darwin support from mksysnum.go 
Since CL 250437 this package no longer supports non-libc, direct
syscalls on darwin. Thus support for generating zsysnum_*.go files on
darwin can be removed from the generating mksysnum.go program.

Tobias Klauser 48ac38b7c8 unix: get *BSD syscalls.master files using HTTPS 
Use the https:// URLs to get syscalls.master for freebsd, openbsd and
dragonfly. For netbsd, keep using the http:// URL since HTTPS is not
supported.

Aleksa Sarai c6cbdbf9e6 unix: mksysnum: correct +build restriction 
Previously the +build line was taken as a package comment, due to how Go
handles cases like the following:

  // +build <foo>
  package foo

And thus caused build failures because of package name conflict issues.

Visweswara R 367055b3f9 unix: replace mksysnum_*.pl scripts with Go program 
Port mksysnum_{(open|net|free)bsd,dragonfly,darwin}.pl Perl
scripts to mksysnum.go.

mkall.sh script is modified to run mksysnum.go. Running
./mkall.sh generates no git diff besides command name and
function prototype in comments of generated files.
