Brad Fitzpatrick 3626398d77 cpu: don't depend on the golang.org/x/sys/unix package for AIX 
gccgo support can happen in a future CL.

Tobias Klauser fead790013 cpu: use unix.Getsystemcfg to detect POWER8/POWER9 on aix/ppc64
