Dmitri Shuralyov 1bfbee0e20 all: update go directive to 1.18 
Done with:

go get go@1.18
go mod tidy
go fix ./...

Using go1.21.3.

Also update code generators to use only the new go:build lines,
not the old +build ones.

For golang/go#60268.

Tobias Klauser 2964e1e4b1 unix: remove unused readlen and writelen 
These were originally added when copying over files from package
syscall. However, their use was removed in CL 129500043. New ports kept
adding these wrappers without using them. They are still unused, so
remove them.

Dmitri Goutnik 10499f4574 unix: add ioctlPtr with unsafe.Pointer arg on other unices (cont)

Tobias Klauser 68d13333fa unix: add //go:build lines when generating files 
The //+go:build lines were added by running Go 1.17 gofmt in CL 294490.
Make sure to retain them when re-generating files in this package.

Russ Cox 9a76102bfb all: go fmt ./... 
Make all our package sources use Go 1.17 gofmt format
(adding //go:build lines).

Not strictly necessary but will avoid spurious changes
as files are edited.

Tobias Klauser 73548a7a48 unix: consistently use tabs in //sys and //sysnb lines 
There is some inconsistent use of tabs and spaces in the //sys and
//sysnb lines. However, the large majority is using tabs, so use these
consistently.

Also change the regexp in mksyscall*.go to only accept tabs going
forward.

Clément Chigot f0ce4c0180 unix: add Select syscall on AIX 
As select is a keyword of Go, C.select cannot be used on gccgo files.
Therefore, select call is transformed into c_select.

Visweswara R 7fbe1cd0fc unix: replace "mksyscall_aix_ppc.pl" script with a Go program 
Port mksyscall_aix_ppc.pl Perl script to mksyscall_aix_ppc.go.
mkall.sh script is modified to run mksyscall.go. Running
mkall.sh does not generate any git diff besides the command
name in comments of generated files.

Updates golang/go#27779
