Russ Cox 9a76102bfb all: go fmt ./... 
Make all our package sources use Go 1.17 gofmt format
(adding //go:build lines).

Not strictly necessary but will avoid spurious changes
as files are edited.

Part of //go:build change (#41184).

Tobias Klauser 9b800f95db unix: avoid index out of range in *setxattr on BSD 
Passing an empty data []byte to Fsetxattr/Setxattr/Lsetxattr leads
to an index out of range panic. Fix this by passing an nil
unsafe.Pointer to the underlying syscall in this case.

Tobias Klauser 904bdc2570 unix: add F*xattr on Darwin 
Add Fgetxattr, Flistxattr, Fremovexattr and Fsetxattr on Darwin. Also
add a corresponding test.
