Nahum Shalman 594fa53f00 unix: solaris/illumos Event Ports ENOENT cleanup 
When we receive ENOENT from port_dissociate,
we should clean up our map reference.
To do so safely, we need a place to track
the user cookies.

This work is in support of fsnotify/fsnotify#371
