unix: use errnoErr in generated wrappers on solaris
...
To prevent allocations at runtime for common errno values (EAGAIN,
EINVAL, ENOENT).
This was omitted from CL 8190 because the solaris port was broken
otherwise at that time.

unix: consistently use tabs in //sys and //sysnb lines

There is some inconsistent use of tabs and spaces in the //sys and
//sysnb lines. However, the large majority is using tabs, so use these
consistently.
Also change the regexp in mksyscall*.go to only accept tabs going
forward.

unix: add readv/writev for illumos

illumos, but they weren't added to the package. This commit adds

unix: replace "mksyscall_solaris.pl" script with a Go program
...
Port mksyscall_solaris.pl Perl script to mksyscall_solaris.go.
mkall.sh script is modified to run mksyscall_solaris.go. Running
mkall.sh does not generate any git diff besides the command
name in comments of generated files.
