Ed Schouten e2b7044e8c unix: add SEEK_* constants on Darwin, FreeBSD, Linux
The Go "os" package already provides bindings for SEEK_CUR, SEEK_SET and
SEEK_END. Most operating systems also support SEEK_HOLE and SEEK_DATA,
which you can use to skip sparse regions in a file. Let's add bindings,
so we can also do this from within Go.

Ed Schouten 5766fd39f9 unix: regenerate all definitions on FreeBSD 12.1 on {386,amd64,arm64}
I just created a couple of virtual machines/QEMU instances containing
stock copies of FreeBSD 12.1-RELEASE. On these systems I ran mkall.sh,
thereby bringing the definitions in sync with that version of FreeBSD.

I also attempted to bring the GOOS=freebsd GOARCH=arm port up to date,
but was unfortunately not able to do so. There doesn't seem to be any
documentation on how to bring this port of FreeBSD up on an emulator.
The only option seems to be to use physical hardware.

Tobias Klauser 6f686a352d unix: add ErrnoName and SignalName
Add ErrnoName and SignalName to get errno and signal name strings from
syscall.Errno and syscall.Signal values, respectively.

This repurposes the errors and signals vars (because they are not used
within x/sys/unix currently) and turns them into slices of struct,
containing errno/signal number, name and description. ErrnoName and
SignalName can then be trivially implemented using sort.Search.

Renaming errors to errorList additionaly allows to avoid package aliases
for the errors package.

Tobias Klauser 0f826bdd13 unix: re-enable Capsicum on FreeBSD 386
Capsicum support was added by https://golang.org/cl/47290, but only for
amd64. This broke the freebsd/386 build which was subsequently fixed by
http://golang.org/cl/51270. However, even with this fix the tests still
fail to build due to the missing Capsicum functions and types.

Fix the build/test on freebsd/386 for real by re-running mkall.sh on
FreeBSD 11.1-RELEASE (inside VirtualBox) to get all the Capsicum
functions and types.

Some zerrors constants were removed or converted to enums in the FreeBSD
headers. Manually move them to a dedicated file. Do the same for amd64,
where these constants were removed by accident in
https://golang.org/cl/47290.

Rob Pike dc3c21c62b go.sys/unix: use syscall.Errno for errors
If we use a local type, it won't compare properly with errors from
the rest of the standard library. Errors are the one type from syscall
that propagates through the system, so it's important to have only
one type for them.

Ditto for syscall.Signal.

Rob Pike 20acc5cf31 go.sys: copy files from syscall package to go.sys/{plan9,windows,unix}
This CL copies to each package of go.sys the files from syscall it will need.
Different directories have different files, but these:
        mkall.sh
        str.go
        syscall.go
        mksyscall.pl
        race.go
        race0.go
        syscall_test.go
are copied to all three.
No changes yet, these are just copies. They are not ready to use yet:
package names are wrong, for starters. But this clean copy will make
it easier to follow the changes as the packages are enabled.
