x/sys/unix: use uintptr for tracee addresses on FreeBSD

Browse Source 
Change PtraceLwpInfoStruct, PtraceIoDesc and PtraceIO to not use *byte
to represent addresses that belong to the traced process.

Fixes golang/go#54113
