unix: add SyscallNoError and RawSyscallNoError on Linux

Browse Source 
Add the SyscallNoError and RawSyscallNoError wrapper functions which are
used for syscalls that don't return an error. Also convert all applicable
syscalls to use these wrappers.

Updates golang/go#22924
