fix: register chroma style once
...
don't register chroma style if it's already registered
this could cause a "concurrent map writes" fatal error when used in a
concurrent setting like a bubbletea wish app. use a package-wide mutex
to protect registering a new style.

test: made each issue a subtest
...
Allow each test to be a subtest, so users can run things like:
```sh
go test -v ./... -run 'TestRendererIssues/107'
```
In order to run a single issue test, which helps when trying to fix a
new one.

chroma v0.9.4 adds "bash-session" (a.k.a. "console") lexer
(from alecthomas/chroma#551 ) which testdata/readme.markdown.in
happens to use, and hence the need to regenerate testdata/readme.test.
