Randall Winkhart a7a92e78b5 Re-license under AGPL 3.0 for legal binary distribution of go-highlite, based on https://github.com/jessp01/gohighlight 
I would rather keep this project under a permissive license, but a dependency forced this change.

libmutton will remain MIT licensed.
